Cherith Lundin grew up in Germany and has been roaming America since she came here at age 19. Perhaps because of this accidental nomadism, her work, while multidisciplinary, tends to revolve around the specifics of place.
Cherith's work has been exhibited in galleries and museums across the United States and Europe. She is the recipient of numerous grants and awards, including a Fellowship for Emerging Artists from the Jerome Foundation. Cherith has an M.F.A degree from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (2000) and a B.A. degree from Wheaton College (1998). She has taught extensively and currently directs the Seerveld Gallery at Trinity Christian College. She lives just outside of Chicago.
